We have a 25 year old solar heat and hot water drain back system. Due to a malfunction with the drain back system, six of seven solar panels burst. After searching the yellow pages a commercial solar company referred us to Sean. He constructed a steel framework for our solar panels, diagnosed the problem that caused the panels to freeze, checked out the entire system and had it functioning again very quickly. As a homeowner with an old solar hot water system (1980), I have found it very difficult to find qualified service for maintaining the system. I was lucky enough to be directed to Sean Cunningham and Dan Jones of Resolution Energy. These two men were friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating and have kept the system running efficiently. When the hail storm hit in July, 2009, the entire system had to be removed from the roof in order to allow repair to the roof. Resolution Energy scheduled the removal and replacement of the system to minimize conflicts with the roofing company and the loss of use of the system.
